Review: Geometric Sorting Board by PlanToys

There have been so many toy recalls since my son was born. Fortunately he did not have any of the toys that were recalled. I still buy popular name-brand toys, but I started to research other brands as well.

The first “green” toy I bought my son after all of the recall scares was the Geometric Sorting Board by PlanToys (via Babycenter.com). They use organic rubberwood, E-Zero (non-formaldehyde) glue, and non-toxic dyes.

My son likes the different shapes and colors, but like with most other toys, he’ll play with the board and shapes for a while, then happily move on to another toy or book. Despite this short attention span, I will definitely be buying more toys from PlanToys.
