Review: Gourmet Getaway by Built NY

My “lunch bag” used to consist of leftover plastic shopping bags. Now that I am trying to use more eco-friendly products, I thought it was about time I find a reusable lunch bag. After searching through local stores and online, I finally bought the Gourmet Getaway Lunch Tote by Built NY via Amazon.com.

It’s large enough to fit a lot of items (lunch, a drink, snacks, & ice pack, with room for more) and it zips up really easily when full. It’s machine washable and comes in a variety of designs.

With all the stories about toxic products that we read and hear about almost daily, it was nice to see that the product labeling (and their website) indicated the lunch tote is tested for lead safety. No vinyl or PVC is used.
