There have been many, many times when my toddler would start using his hands during meal time, and then the inevitable would happen--he'd touch his shirt and pants, or food would spill all over him. Whenever this happened I'd always tell myself I need to find a full-body bib...and I finally found one--L'il Darlins’ Bib-A-Roo . According to the Lil’ Darlins website, “our full body bib, the Bib-A-Roo (US Patent Pending), was created to prevent spills and stains from reaching your child's belly and legs.”
The Bib-A-Roo is easy to put on your little one. It has a Velcro neck closure, a ribbon to tie around the waist, and ribbons for the legs to keep the Bib-A-Roo secure. I love how the Bib-A-Roo really extends all the way down the legs. The longest bib I have reaches to just above my toddler's belly button, so it was wonderful to finally have a bib that is a lot longer to protect more clothing. The Bib-A-Roo is especially useful when at a party—there have been many times when we took our son to a party wearing a nice outfit and we ended up coming home with stained clothes!
The Bib-A-Roo is soft & comfy with a quilted backing, is machine washable, comes in a variety of super cute designs, is reversible, and can be personalized with "bling" lettering!
I also like how the Bib-A-Roo can be used for not only meal time, but for play time as well (e.g. finger painting, or any other messy activity).
