Harvest Bay

I live on an island, and there are quite a few coconut trees, but I’ve never tried coconut water before. That is, until, I received some Coconut Water from Harvest Bay.

According to the website, those at Harvest Bay “travel the world searching for exotic foods that have special nutrient properties. Over the centuries, native peoples have discovered these foods and used them to heal themselves or promote their general welfare. Our mission, here at Harvest Bay, is to bring these functional foods to you, each product an adventure in taste and in wellness.”

The Harvest Bay® Coconut Water (ARV $1.99) is made from 100% pure coconut water. Nothing else. I usually don’t care for coconut because whenever I eat anything with coconut it always tastes too sweet, and that’s how I expected the Coconut Water to taste, but it wasn’t too sweet at all. The coconut flavor was actually very mild.

The website also states that coconut water helps to restore electrolytes after heavy exercise. It’s been a long time since I did any heavy exercise, but this is good to know. Harvest Bay’s Coconut Water is also only 65 calories, cholesterol-free, and has zero grams of fat.

Harvest Bay’s Coconut Water is tasty and refreshing, and a healthy way to stay hydrated.

Shop: You can purchase Coconut Water, Coconut Oil, and more on the Harvest Bay website, and at various retailers online and nationwide.

Thank you to Harvest Bay for providing the product(s) for review and/or giveaway.
