Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!: Pirate Treasure

Whenever DS1 hears the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! theme song he starts to dance, and that’s exactly what happened when I played the new Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Pirate Treasure DVD that we were able to review thanks to Mom Central.

In Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Pirate Treasure (ARV $16.98) “your little ones will follow Wubbzy and his friends as they discover a world of fun adventures. Familiar characters such as Wubbzy, Widget and Walden search to find buried pirate treasure and discover what happens when Wubbzy gets lost in the woods and why Walden is afraid of the beach. The DVD provides preschoolers great entertainment while still teaching them important social lessons about how to treat others.”

Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Pirate Treasure features 5 episodes and 2 bonus episodes, one of which is a never before seen episode (Save the Wuzzly). DS1 was entertained by all of the fun songs, silly inventions, and wild adventures. He also learned a lot of important lessons, such as how a treasure doesn’t need to be something tangible (and shiny and heavy), how you shouldn’t be embarrassed if you don’t know how to do something, and how you should appreciate what you have in life and not take things for granted.

The special features are also lots of fun. DS1 loves to watch all the music videos--he could dance to them all day! You can also pop the DVD into your computer to access some fun activity sheets!

Shop: You can purchase Wow! Wow! Wubbzy: Pirate Treasure on
Amazon.com and at other retailers online and nationwide.

Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!: Pirate Treasure is a treasure itself—full of valuable lessons and fun episodes that the entire family will enjoy together.
