Half the Sky Designs

We've been going to the beach a lot lately, and thanks to Half the Sky Designs, I am a proud owner of a super cool bag made from recycled juice pouches that has enough storage to be used as a diaper bag, a beach bag, a purse, and so much more!

I was fortunate to receive a Silver Bringing Up Baby/On the Go Bag (ARV $69.00). I usually use it at the beach, although I’ve also used it at the zoo and on other outings. This bag is nice and roomy, with lots of pockets for storage (two pockets on each side of the exterior, and a pocket on the inside).

When I use it on our trips to the beach, each outside pocket holds a diaper and a change of clothing for each of my boys, the inside pocket holds my sunscreen, camera, and other smaller items, and the main compartment holds snacks, a book, and everything else I need to enjoy a nice day at the beach.

Although I wish the bag had zippers to secure the inside pocket and the entire bag to prevent things from falling out (since I'm a klutz), this bag is still really fun and functional.

The Bringing Up Baby/On the Go Bag makes a very eye-catching eco-fashion statement, and the fact that it’s hand-woven and eco-friendly makes it all the more beautiful.
