I know I should eat better. The enhanced protein shakes contain:
- 23 vitamins & minerals
- 3 servings fruits & veggies from antioxidants*
- 3 grams of soluble fiber
- 2.5 grams of heart healthy fat
- antioxidants = to 4 cups of green tea

The hi-antioxidant fiber drinks contain:

DH and I tried the drinks chilled (you can store it at room temperature), and not knowing what to expect as far as taste, we both were pleasantly surprised. The mix1 drinks tasted similar to yogurt-type drinks--they were light, fruity, and refreshing.
My favorite drink was the Mix Berry enhanced protein shake. It was “berry” delicious. Often times, when I had a craving for sweets, like candy, I’d grab a bottle of mix1. My sweet-tooth would be satisfied, and I'd get a lot more nutrients and vitamins than if I were to simply grab a candy bar.
DH’s favorite drink was the Orange-Carrot hi-antioxidant fiber drink. He noted that the bottle is a nice size—not too big or small. He would often drink the mix1 drinks during the hot days at work or the long nights of overtime when he needed a quick pick-me-up drink or snack that wasn’t full of caffeine.

I like that the product comes with a moderate amount of protein that "supports healthy metabolism & fat loss" My husband is into protein shakes w/ 30+ grams of protein and I was looking for a way to get in some extra protein before and after workouts but not on the level my husband was consuming.

Okay, the man in the corner said they have the highest quality and efficacious levels.
One thing I have to critique their site on is that it doesn't come on quickly enough. I nearly thought my computer locked, but really it was them being dramatic.
I learned that mix1 products use 100% whey protein isolate, the easiest form of protein for your body to digest and fully assimilate.
