Atkins Cuisine Review

Thanks to Mom Central, I was able to try out two new Atkins products--Atkins Cuisine Penne Pasta (ARV $3.99) and Atkins Cuisine All Purpose Baking Mix (ARV $12.99).

Atkins All Purpose Baking Mix: Enjoy all the baked foods you love, even when you're living low-carb. With Atkins All Purpose Baking Mix, you can bake delicious breads, muffins, pancakes, biscuits and even cookies.

Atkins Penne Pasta: Eat your favorite foods without compromising your diet. Atkins Penne Pasta. Incredible taste, half the carbs and ready for your favorite sauce in minutes. Who's hungry?

With the All Purpose Baking Mix, I made cookies using a modified version of the
Atkins Cuisine Cookies recipe. The cookies turned out really good. I even let Little Music Man try a piece of one. After he tried it, he kept asking for "more cookies please."

With the Atkins Penne Pasta, I made a broccoli and cheese casserole, and it tasted like any other casserole I've made before using "regular" pasta.

I was pleasantly surprised that both the cookies and the casserole tasted good, especially since I've tried "low-carb" products before and some didn't taste good at all.

If you have a great recipe idea using one of the new Atkins products, you should enter the recipe contest to win prizes valued at $1500!

Aside from the delicious food you can make with new Atkins Cuisine, there's a big reason to order your Penne Pasta and All Purpose Baking Mix. Six perfect creations will win. Become an Atkins community member and start creating the perfect recipe for our contest now. Hurry, September 30, 2009 is the deadline for entries.

If you’re living a low-carb lifestyle or simply want convenient, healthier meal options, it’s great to have the Atkins Cuisine Penne Pasta and All Purpose Baking Mix on hand!
