I used the coupon to receive a free 4 pack of YoPlus Light yogurt in the Strawberry Banana flavor (ARV $3.19).
I thought it was quite surprising how something so creamy, fruity, and delicious could be only 70 calories with no fat! Its “unique combination of probiotic cultures and fiber, plus Vitamins A and D” make this not only a tasty treat, but a healthy one too!
The combination of Strawberry and Banana was really good, and I can’t wait to try the other YoPlus light flavors!
Shop: You can purchase YoPlus Light yogurt at various grocers nationwide.
Savvy Savings: You can now download a $1.00 off coupon for YoPlus Light here: http://bricks.coupons.com/bstart.asp?o=57800&ci=1&c=GM&p=4XeBjIEi

Actually, yogurt has become one of our favorite ways to stay healthy during the holidays ... and anytime. We always crave something sweet in the evening and used to eat candy, cookies, etc. (not too healthy). Recently we picked up yogurt and now have a little cup ... it's delicious, satisfying and healthy!
Thanks!

I plan to stay healthy and fit this holiday season by not over doing it when I see the dinner table full of fabulous food. I will have a little bit of everything that I want just in small portions and since I am breastfeeding, I know a little extra will not hurt me, but I will definitely watch it like I always do.

My holiday plan is to try and limit the sweets I eat. My backup plan is to spend more time on the treadmill if I do eat a lot.

I plan to stay healthy by continuing with my exercise-- at least a little each day-- and either adapting my workouts while I'm away from home, or substituting them for outdoorsy activities.
That, and practicing portion control while allowing myself to enjoy a little of all my favorite dishes. (Stuffing is my ultimate temptress.)

To stay healthy for the holidays, I go for a powerwalk with my mom every night. (To burn off the fat, as well as spending some quality time with Mom.)
