The instructor explained the poses and routines thoroughly so anyone, including those not familiar with yoga (like me) could do them, and fortunately there was one person doing exercises for beginners.
The DVD went through cardio sequences and slow burn sequences, both of which I thought were really hard.
I never realized you could incorporate yoga poses into a cardio workout, but you can, and it’s tough to do!
The slow burn sequences seemed to be a little easier, but throughout the entire DVD I felt my muscles shaking and burning, and the exercises required lots of balance.
It felt really good to feel my body stretching, and maybe one day I’ll be as limber as those on the DVD!
Although I thought this DVD was difficult, I know as I continue to do the routine it’ll only get easier…and I’ll get leaner, fitter, and healthier!

I used to do yoga. Would love to start again. Maybe this DVD would inspire me?? What I love about yoga is that it's no stress. Muscles are gently stretched, not flung all over the place like aerobics. :) And I definitely notice a difference in the way I move - it's like I suddenly have more grace.

I have always wanted to try yoga!
I'd like to try Yoga, always been a little leary since I am not flexible.

I really want to start doing yoga, mainly for flexibility and core strength benefits!
What I love about yoga is that it's no stress. Muscles are gently stretched and it strengthens the core.
I love how yoga makes you more aware of your body, how you feel, if you are hungry or tired.

I love doing yoga and get on kicks where ill do it every day or almost every day for a few weeks then i dont do it for a few months. When i don't do yoga i definitly am more stressed and all my joints feel really stiff

I want to mentally flush out the negatives, which will provide me with the energy to focus on my physical health, and yoga is perfect to accomplishing both!

I love that if I do Yoga in the morning I feel like I can move around so much easier all throughout the day
