Meet Pocoyo! Review

Several months ago we watched an NCircle Entertainment DVD which featured several preschool shows, one of which was Pocoyo. We had never seen or heard of Pocoyo before, but ever since we watched that DVD, my boys have been hooked, and we were just bummed that it wasn't shown on TV here in the US.

But that all changed a few months ago! Pocoyo made his debut on Nick Jr., and now toys and DVDs are available at stores nationwide.

We recently got to review one of the Pocoyo DVDs: Meet Pocoyo!

Meet Pocoyo, the unforgettable little boy with a very big personality! Your child will learn through laughter as 3-year-old Pocoyo and his adorable friends Elly, Pato, Loula and Sleepy Bird explore the world around them. In these charming episodes, Pocoyo enjoys making music, blowing bubbles, solving puzzles, and even watching an egg hatch. Filled with sights and sounds perfectly tailored to encourage child development, Meet Pocoyo is preschool entertainment especially designed to delight your child!

Pocoyo is so appealing to my little boys, especially Smiley Boy. The colorful characters, the playful language, and the fun gestures make my boys giggle and smile.

Smiley Boy's favorite episode was The Big Sneeze . He thought it was so funny whenever Elly would sneeze and the blocks would fall!

He also liked Umbrella, Umbrella, exclaiming "mameya" (he has a hard time pronouncing "umbrella) whenever he'd see the umbrella!

Pocoyo is full of delightful characters that help to teach lessons and show how to problem-solve in a fun and charming way!

If your kids haven't discovered Pocoyo yet, Meet Pocoyo! is a great way to discover what Pocoyo's world is all about!

Shop: You can purchase Meet Pocoyo! at various retailers online and nationwide (ARV $14.99).
