Sorry, this maybe a little TMI, but with my first pregnancy, I suffered from a lot of constipation, and was told I should eat more fiber.

When I became pregnant with my second child, I searched for high-fiber snacks at a local warehouse club one day, and I came across Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars. I love the Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars. They are really delicious and quite chocolaty! And the fact they are a good source of calcium and fiber is a bonus!

There were so many Fiber One cereals to choose from, but I ended up choosing the Fiber One Honey Clusters. There didn't seem to be too many honey clusters, but I thought the cereal still tasted good. It was just sweet enough, and I think that it's great that it contains a lot of fiber--13 grams!
