Since there was interest in a giveaway, I went ahead and picked up a large flat rate box from USPS, and stuffed whatever I could in there. It turns out that I couldn't fit as much as I had hoped, so if this giveaway gets a decent response I may do another giveaway and stuff more items in another large flat rate box.
