Rainbow Gelatin Orange Wedges

I recently hosted a Splash Bash, and one of the desserts I made was Rainbow Gelatin Orange Wedges.

They were such a hit - and everyone, especially the kids, kept asking how I made them!

Basically, I just washed some oranges, cut them in half, scooped out the fruit (actually DH ended up scooping most of them out, because I had a cut on my hand, and after I scooped out some oranges, the juice hit the cut, and OUCH!), filled the empty halves with gelatin, let them set in the fridge, and sliced them!

I think I saw that on Pinterest once, or something very similar and I thought it was super cool. Yours came out so pretty!
