Blurb Facebook Photo Book Review

I love making Photo Books, and I recently made a Facebook Photo Book of pictures from Musician's first season playing baseball through Blurb!

People want to hold on to their memories and conversations around photos that matter to them. Blurb allows Facebook users to quickly and easily create tangible, bookstore quality memory books in less than an hour. Blurb’s Facebook to photo book workflow enables you to print favorite photos including the photo’s comments in a stylish book. Using the Facebook to photo book workflow, anyone can create a 7x7 inch square format book in just minutes, with prices starting under $11.

To begin creating your Facebook photo book, you first have to allow Blurb's Bookify Tool access to your Facebook account in order for it to retrieve photos.

Bookify automatically displays your wall photos, profile pictures, and photos you were tagged in.  You also have the option to upload photos from your friends.

Once you select your photos, the photos are uploaded into your photo book, and all captions and comments are also uploaded (you can choose not to load comments/captions if you wish).

You can rearrange the order of photos and change the background colors for each page, but for the most part, the Facebook Instant Book automatically uploads your photos into a simple, clean photo book, and your photo book is created in a cinch.

However, if you wish to change layouts, add text, or even add photos not from Facebook, Blurb's Bookify Tool does give you that option.

After finishing my photo book (adding a title, choosing cover style, etc.), I previewed it, placed my order, and in a couple of weeks I received my Facebook photo book.

Blurb made it very easy for me to make a photo book with my Facebook photos.  Although I wish the photos were a bit clearer (Blurb does have a warning pop up when you use the Bookify tool that since Facebook compresses images, the photos in the actual book may not be as sharp), but overall I think the entire photo book-making process was really quick and easy, and we now have a wonderful book to remind us of Musician's very first season playing baseball.
